Explore best Hiking trials in Zion National Park: - Watchman trail is 3.3 miles round trip ( easy - moderate level) - Upper Emerald Pools Trail is a easy - moderate level, 1 mile trail - Lower Emerald Pools is easy level 1,2 mile trail
Will visit one of the unique canyon - Lower Antelope Canyon
Hiking 1,5 mile round trail- Horseshoe Bend Canyon , Canyon Dam Overlook
Bryce Canyon National Park - Queens Garden / Navajo Loop trail - length t 3.1, easy - moderate level , elevation 650ft)
Practice of gratitude technique (will help open yourself , experiencing feeling of appreciation)
Workout, daily meditation
